Half wave Rectification in proteus simulation
Half wave Rectification in proteus simulation
In this article we will learn how to make half wave Rectification in proteus.
In the last post we will learn how to make RTC clock using PIC microcontroller. You can visit our website,
I hope you appreciate my work, let’s discuss about today’s project.
Components which we use in this project are listed below:
- Rectifier
- Diod (4007)
- Transformer
- Resistor
- Jumper wires
Diagram of this project is below:
Construction of Half wave Rectification in proteus simulation
- Connect the +ve point of transformer with the +ve side of Diod
- Connect the –ve side of diod with the one side of resistor through the B pin of Rectifier
- Connect the other side of resistor with the +ve side of Diod
- Connect the –ve side of 2nd diod with the –ve terminal of transformer
- Connect the signal terminal of transformer with the GND
- Connect the pin C of Rectifier with the junction of resistor and Diod
Working of Half wave Rectification in proteus simulation
A half-wave rectifier is a simple electronic circuit that converts an alternating current (AC) input into a pulsating direct current (DC) output. It does this by allowing only one half of the input AC waveform to pass through while blocking the other half.
