Components which we use in this project are listed below:

  1. Regulator (LM2595)
  2. Capacitor (220uf)
  3. Capacitor (330uf)
  4. Resistor (3.3k)
  5. Inductor (220uH)
  6. Diod (1N5822)
  7. Jumper wires

Construction of LM2595 switching 1A 3V regulator in proteus simulation

  • Connect Vin pin of regulator with the +ve side of capacitor 220uf then connect them with +ve
  • Connect –ve side of capacitor with the GND
  • Connect ON tab of regulator with the GND
  • Connect pin 6 of regulator with GND
  • Connect pin 3 of regulator with the GND
  • Connect Out pin of regulator with one side of diod and inductor
  • Connect the other side of inductor with one side of capacitor 330uf and resistor
  • Connect FB pin of regulator with the junction of inductor and capacitor
  • Connect the 2nd side of resistor with the GND
  • Connect the 2nd side of capacitor 330uf with the GND
  • Connect the 2nd side of diod with the GND
