Components:

  1. Arduino (328)
  2. IC (HX711)
  3. Load cell
  4. Volt meter
  5. Capacitors (0.1uF, 10uF,)
  6. Resistors (20k, 8.2k, 1k)
  7. Transistor (2N4403)
  8. Push button
  9. Led
  10. Jumper wires

Construction…

  • Connect OUT pin of HX711 IC with D3 pin of Arduino
  • Connect SCK pin of IC with D2 pin of Arduino
  • Connect RATE and XI pin of IC with GND
  • Connect GND pin of IC with GND
  • Connect VBG pin of IC with one side of Capacitor 0.1uF
  • Connect 2nd side of Capacitor with GND
  • Connect VDD pin and pin 1 of IC with +5v
  • Connect pin 2 of IC with Signal pin of Transistor
  • Connect ammeter pin of Transistor with +5V
  • Connect Collector pin of Transistor with one side of Capacitor 10uF through one side of Resistor 20k
  • Connect 2nd side of Resistor with one side of resistor 8.2k and then connect them with pin 4 of IC
  • Connect 2nd side of Resistor 8.2k with GND
  • Connect pin 7 of IC with IN- pin of Load cell
  • Connect pin 8 of IC with IN+ pin of Load cell
  • Connect pin 3 of IC with one terminal of Load cell
  • Connect last terminal of load cell with GND
  • Connect VCC pin of Arduino with +5V
  • Connect one side of resistor with +5V
  • Connect 2nd side of resistor with one side of push button and then connect them with Reset
  • Connect 2nd side of push button with –ve side of LED and then connect them with GND
  • Connect +ve side of LED with one side of resistor
  • Connect 2nd side of resistor with D13 pin of Arduino
