Components:
- Arduino Uno
- Thermocouple
- IC (AD8495)
- 2V battery
- Resistors (1k, 100R, 1M,)
- Push button
- LED
- Jumper wires
Arduino Thermocouple interfacing:
Construction…
- Connect signal pin of IC with D0 pin of Arduino Uno
- Connect +ve pin of IC with +3.3V
- Connect –ve pin of IC with GND
- Connect pin 2 of IC with +ve side of battery
- Connect –ve side of battery with GND
- Connect pin 5 of IC with pin 6 of IC
- Connect pin 8 of IC with one side of resistor 100R
- Connect 2nd side of resistor 100R with one terminal of thermocouple
- Connect CJ pin of thermocouple with GND
- Connect pin 1 of IC with one side of 2nd resistor 100R
- Connect 2nd side of 2nd resistor with 2nd terminal of thermocouple through one side of resistor 1M
- Connect 2nd side of resistor 1M with GND
- Connect VCC pin of Arduino with +5V
- Connect one side of resistor with +5V
- Connect 2nd side of resistor with one side of push button and then connect them with Reset
- Connect 2nd side of push button with –ve side of LED and then connect them with GND
- Connect +ve side of LED with one side of resistor
- Connect 2nd side of resistor with D13 pin of Arduino
