Components:

  1. IC (8051)
  2. Capacitor (22pF)
  3. Crystal (11.0MHz)
  4. Resistor (10k, 4.7k)
  5. Volt meter (DS1B)
  6. IC (74LS47)
  7. Transistor
  8. Display (7segment)
  9. Jumper wires

Construction…

  • Connect pin 18 of 8051 with one side of capacitor 33p through the one side of crystal
  • Connect 2nd side of capacitor with one side of 2nd capacitor and then connect them with GND
  • Connect the pin 19 of 8051 with 2nd side of crystal through the 2nd side of 2nd capacitor
  • Connect one side of resistor 10k with GND
  • Connect 2nd side of resistor with one side of capacitor 10uF
  • Connect 2nd side of capacitor with +ve
  • Connect pin 9 of 8951 at the junction of resistor and capacitor
  • Connect pin 17 of IC 8051 with D0 pin of Volt meter through one side of resistor 4.7K
  • Connect 2nd side of resistor 4.7k with VCC
  • Connect GND pin of Volt meter with GND
  • Connect VCC pin of Volt meter with VCC
  • Connect pin A of 7Segment display with L1 pin of IC (74LS)
  • Connect pin B of 7Segment display with L2 pin of IC (74LS)
  • Connect pin C of 7Segment display with L3 pin of IC (74LS)
  • Connect pin D of 7Segment display with L4 pin of IC (74LS)
  • Connect pin E of 7Segment display with L5 pin of IC (74LS)
  • Connect pin F of 7Segment display with L6 pin of IC (74LS)
  • Connect pin G of 7Segment display with L7 pin of IC (74LS)
