Components:

  1. Raspberry Pi (Pi 3)
  2. Explorer Hat
  3. DC motor
  4. Resistor (330, 1k,)
  5. LEDs
  6. LDR sensor
  7. Jumper wires

Construction…

  • Connect one side of DC motor with GPIO20 pin of Raspberry Pi
  • Connect 2nd terminal of DC motor wit GPIO 19 pin of Raspberry Pi
  • Connect one side of 2nd DC motor with GPIO26 pin of Raspberry Pi
  • Connect 2nd side of 2nd DC motor with GPIO21 pin of Raspberry Pi
  • Connect one side of resistor 330 with +ve
  • Connect 2nd side of resistor with +ve side of LED
  • Connect –ve side of LED with OUTPUT1 pin of Explorer Hat
  • Connect one side of LDR with +ve
  • Connect 2nd side of LDR with one side of Resistor 1k
  • Connect 2nd side of Resistor 1k with GND
  • Connect D1 pin of Explorer Hat at the junction of Resistor and LDR
  • Connect –ve side of 1st LED with GND
  • Connect +ve side of 1st LED with GPIO4 pin of Raspberry Pi
  • Connect –ve side of 2nd LED with GND
  • Connect +ve side of 2nd LED with GPIO17 pin of Raspberry Pi
  • Connect –ve side of 3rd LED with GND
  • Connect +ve side of 3rd LED with GPIO27 pin of Raspberry Pi
  • Connect –ve side of 4th LED with GND
  • Connect +ve side of 4th LED with GPIO5 pin of Raspberry Pi
