  7. 7805 regulator
  8. A 1015 transistor
  9. Diod 4007
  10. Capacitor 104 pf
  11. Diod 4148
  12. Resistor 1K
  13. Jumpers
  14. 7 segment 4 digit display
  15. Resistor 10K

Construction of Timer circuit using PIC microcontroller:

  • Place step down transformer along diod base bridge rectifier convert 220V into 12V
  • Place capacitor for filter circuit
  • Place pig microcontroller and 7805 regulator for 5V power supply
  • Interface microcontroller with shift resistor IC (4094) serial in parallel out
  • 4 transistor (1015) used as a amplifier
  • Common anode 4 digit display

Working of Timer circuit using PIC microcontroller

  • When we push set button then set on time option is display
  • Then we set the on time value by using up and down button’s
  • Again push the set button then off time option is display
  • Then we set the off time value by using up and down button’s
  • Now press the set button again to set these value’s
  • Now press down button to start the circuit. After press the down button timer is start and relay is on and On-time and off-time is displaying on digital display.
